Marketing Director - I.T. Software

FAST GROWING BUSINESS: With superb growth year on year our client has ambitious plans to continue its development into enterprise companies. Offering a suite of class leading software, they already help some of the UK's best companies and you could be pivotal to their success from here.

THE ROLE: Working closely with the Sales Director and Board to develop a 5 year strategic plan to grow their business, this on the one hand is very high level role but will also have the excitement of bringing that plan to life and seeing the company flourish. Your team with yourself will work closely with their agencies to help create and execute a wide variety of campaigns to drive sales for their suite of software solutions covering; sales enablement, lead generation and brand awareness. You'll also work both offline and online - in direct marketing, SEO/PPC, collateral creation, PR and events.

ABOUT YOU: You'll be a strategic, heavy hitting technology marketer who's able to create and execute a successful plan to help grow the business. You'll be comfortable getting buy in from the sales teams and the board, as well as having strong project management skills to turn that vision into revenues. If successful in the role, a position on the board is highly achievable.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary - £60 - £70,000

Bonus - £12,000

Benefits - Healthcare, Pension, 25 Days + Stats
