Job Description

This organisation is a leading niche manufacturer of innovative products who have achieved significant growth over the last decade who are now looking to recruit a new position to further grow their commercial team.

The business is committed to developing strong global product strategies that are sensitive to specific regional needs but that are consistent with the global product line strategy. The core focus of this role will be to devise and implement strategies to profitably strengthen core market share and penetrate new relevant markets.

You will be responsible for the marketing of company products and services within a B2B environment, managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. You will develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products, including go-to-market strategy, and work closely with the Marketing Manager on sales tools and collateral, promotion activities and advertising.

This is a small close knit marketing team so this will be a hands on role where you will also be constantly evaluating product sales, competitor activity and consumer needs to aid existing and NPD decision making and product range selection. Managing marketing plans and projects, reviewing marketing activity and reporting on campaigns and results, you will be an experienced Product Manager with a wealth of experience in a Global Product Management position from a previous role(s)

The position is a high profile role with considerable visibility across the company. It requires a highly motivated, confident person who enjoys a hands-on role and working in a fast paced environment. You will be an excellent communicator, have first class reporting and presentation skills, strong project management skills and a track record of achieving results. You will be confident and comfortable working with associates across multiple time zones and cultures.
