Job Description

Leading sports and entertainment agency require someone with relevant experience from within the hospitality industry. You will manage the internal and external concert, event and sales relationships and processes for this amazing venue.

The Company:

· Global leader in sports and entertainment event sales and sponsorship management.

· Providing media production and distribution across multiple platforms

· Providing event creation, management and hospitality sales

The Role:

· Representing the agency as Concert & Option Events Manager at a leading sports and entertainment venue

· Negotiating with concert and event owners and promoters on behalf of the venue

· Working alongside the internal events team to maximise revenue from the events

· Developing initiatives and working with existing account managers to guarantee maximum revenue

· Managing all agency commission from the events

· Coaching and developing training methods for the in house sales teams

· Regular reports on all stadium activity and revenue, developing new sales targeting initiatives

The Person:

· Extensive experience of the hospitality industry

· Has received regular sales or hospitality training

· A knowledge and interest in sport and entertainment is a must

· Advanced communication, negotiating and influencing skills

· Experience of strategic prospecting at Executive level

· The ability to assist in the sales strategy and develop new business initiatives

· Educated at degree level

· It is essential that you are target driven, extremely motivated and hold a high level of written and verbal communication skills
