Wunderman World Health was formed to bring together the digital and data capabilities of the worlds largest marketing services agency with the networks 20-plus years of healthcare experience marketing to patients/consumers and healthcare professionals. Around the world, our local teams fuse seamlessly with global talent to bring best practices and thought leadership.

We are seeking an Account Director for our Global Central Team in London to provide insight, strategy and account leadership to one of the top global OTC manufacturers, working across a range of brands within the pain, cough/cold, digestive health categories.  This position has the responsibility to oversee and coordinate deliverables for our central team including helping to standardize usage of a common strategic approach and analytic framework.  The other primary responsibility would be to serve as Wundermans dedicated team member for our assigned global brands, working closely with other partners to help produce global toolkits.

The Account Director should be an accomplished digital marketing professional who can contribute to our global marketing engagement, helping to drive the integration and adoption of digital, enabling our global client to better meet their business objectives.

What wed like you to do:

Supervise strategic development and implementation of client initiatives

Strengthen and expand relationships with key clients within the global brand marketing organization as well as clients responsibilities for digital marketing within the European region.

Coordinate the global brand team to drive and execute campaign initiatives

Maintain fiscal responsibility for overall account profitability including client budget, expense reporting, and campaign profits and losses

Liaise between the agency and client to establish goals and budget and ensure the receipt of quality, cost-effective solutions

Partner with Network Coordinator to make sure best practices are collected and disseminated to the client as well as Wunderman offices

What wed like you to have:

10+ years in digital marketing with significant experience in the healthcare, OTC and/or CPG categories.

Comprehensive understanding of digital and CRM strategies, marketing, media concepts and branding

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Organized, ability to oversee a number of competing priorities

Dynamic leadership, management and team building skills

Ability and proven track record of new business development

Extraordinary client facing skills

Sound qualitative & quantitative analytical skills

Comfort with flexible organizational model and self-direction.  This person would have a dual reporting relationship with the president of WWH as well as the Global Client Lead who is based in Zurich, Switzerland.
