The Role?
· This role is for a Lead Internal Communications Manager to deliver a full internal communication service to a UK region
· 2 Direct reports
· Sits within centralised Communications team in London
· Work strategically with Operations Director to ensure best communication approaches and advice
· Deliver communications across appropriate channels including intranet and newsletter to reach a diverse range of employees from frontline to management
· Manage end to end processes of communications commissioned
· Build relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
· Must have experience in supporting and managing internal events
The Candidate?
· They are looking for an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management and communication planning skills.
· They're looking for a creative thinker who is solution-focused and has a strong understanding of new media and it's usage
· Excellent presentation skills
