Faircom Group is an international group providing communication and marketing solutions including consultancy and design services, the creation of advertising campaigns, web-marketing and addresses (with 105 staff based in 6 countries and a turnover of 33 million Euros in 2008) .
We are currently recruiting:
A Managing Director
For our Actimail UK Ltd branch in London (Bromley)
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer for the "Benelux, Northern France, North America and UK" region, your main responsibilities will include:

As a native English speaker (or fully fluent in English and French) and educated to university level in business or marketing/communication, you should have at least 5 years' successful experience with a direct marketing agency, with an advertiser or other service provider, ideally as an Account Manager or Branch Manager. You should consequently have an in-depth understanding of the various aspects of direct marketing (list broking and list management, direct mail personalisation and lettershop services, e-marketing, etc.).
Committed and dynamic, possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you are recognised for your team and business leadership as for your ability to get the best out of people. Determined and persuasive, you are now ready to take up an exciting new challenge.

Remuneration package dependent upon the applicant's profile and experience, including a variable portion based on the branch's and the group's results.
Start date: March 2010 for an open-ended contract (under English law).
