Marketing Manager - Field Marketing Manager - EMEA - Event


Location: London

Package: £30K-£40K + Bonus + Bens
 

Our client is a rapidly expanding Software as a Service (SAAS) company, providing an online technology platform that radically improves the way companies manage their communication and data.

We are currently searching for a hands on, dynamic Field Marketing Manager to support the team.  This is an excellent opportunity to be exposed to, and develop, all aspects of business to business marketing programs across the UK, Northern Europe, and the Middle East with increasing territory responsibility as the company grows (e.g. Asia, Middle East and EMEA).

Direct and/or channel marketing experience, and a track record in the IT industry are advantages. However Our client's key criteria in selecting staff are the calibre of the individual, their personal commitment and drive, and their ability to adapt to change and deliver success.

The role:

  • Reports to the Head of Field Marketing EMEA and support other functional managers, to implement highly effective marketing programs ensuring quality lead generation and return on investment for marketing spend.
  • Requires close collaboration with regional sales teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing goals through channel partners and direct.
  • Works in close partnership with our creative team, corporate marketing and online engagement team as well as external agencies to produce campaigns, content and collateral
  • Supports the development and trafficking of online advertising and CPL programs, and the execution of content' (web, e-shots etc) for the region
  • Helps to execute internal and external events and seminars across the region

Background and personal strengths:

  • Preferably have at least 3 years' experience in a marketing or creative agency role
  • Ideally have previous experience in IT; and exposure to b2b marketing
  • Preferably be of degree calibre
  • Have experience with both retention and acquisition marketing
