Marketing Manager Required for Award Winning Exhibitions Co- City of London
Salary: £34K + 10% Bonus + Benefits

Our client a fantastic exhibitions company require a talented and highly motivated individual who wants a rewarding career with long term prospects to work within our rapidly expanding exhibition portfolio.
You will manage, plan and implement an appropriate marketing campaign to all audiences achieving targets set for the quality, quantity, revenue from visitors and exhibitors through: Gaining an in-depth understanding of the market and key unique propositions for the event, creating and manage the marketing plan including the budget aspects and motivate and manage the internal team and external resources.

The ideal candidate will already be in a Marketing Manager role and ideally have trade show marketing experience. Candidates need to have a good understanding of all marketing channels and in particular; research, direct marketing and e-marketing.

Applicants need to be self-motivated, articulate and creative plus have excellent organisational and attention to detail skills.

Responsibilities
Analyse previous campaigns and undertake research to understand the event and the audiences fully.
Provide strategic insight into the development of the exhibitions in both the short, medium and long term and producing the marketing elements of the budget with the Event Director.
Plan and implement exhibitor sales marketing support campaign in liaison with Sales Team.
Produce sponsorship support material for the Sales Team and provide creative input into potential sponsorship agreements.
Plan and implement visitor marketing campaigns including advertising, direct mail, special promotions, web media and PR campaigns.
Develop and agree brief for team and relevant agencies and suppliers including; creative, ticketing, print and media buying, and PR.
Develop and maintain professional relationships and develop special promotions with media partners, trade associations and other relevant professional organizations.
Oversee the development and maintenance of visitor databases.
Produce marketing elements of the post show report to highlight the effectiveness of the campaigns and to gain further insight into the events.
