Range of responsibilities:
 
·          Writing copy for website and printed collateral, coordinating material and providing regular updates with the approval of Marketing.
·          Providing marketing admin and communications support, including e-shots, internal comms and reports/spreadsheets.
·          Dealing with new enquiries - this involves adding new contacts to the database and allocating a sales person to the new lead.
·          Disseminating marketing information to potential clients.
·          Booking sales meetings - using the database, the SMA would be required to spend a proportion of their day setting up external meetings for the sales team over the phone and then communicating this information to the team.
·          Preparing quotations - using the company's quotation package, the SMA would be required to complete quotations for the sales teams.
·          Managing the sales pipeline - this would involve adding new projects and maintaining the pipeline ie ensuring that the information is up to date which would require liaising with the sales team
Preparing data for the sales meeting - the SMA would be required to prepare financial reports, based on the pipeline, for the monthly sales meetings.
