A dedicated team of almost 1,200 equipment rental service professionals complement their impressive asset base.
An opportunity is now available to join the company as an experienced Customer Relationship Manager. The role consists of managing a team of Customer Relationship Co-ordinators with a primary focus on generating revenue from a dedicated line list of targeted regional customers via outbound telesales calls.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage team of Customer Relationship Co-ordinators
- Participate in scheduled sales and marketing campaigns
- Customer relationship of targeted group
- Revenue growth to forecast
- Targeting, contacting and developing selected new opportunities
- Uploading data into CRM tool
- Liaison and communication with sales team
Key Competences:
- Experience of telesales / outbound calls
- Commercially astute
- High levels Customer care
- Good negotiator and networker
- Highly literate and numerate
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Well-honed organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Plant and construction Industry experience ideal
Salary is £20k to £22k basic with a quarterly bonus up to 30%
