Job Description

Job Title:Interim Marketing and Communications Executive

Location: Warrington, Cheshire

Salary: Negotiable

Duration: 12 months

The role:

A full time interim position for up to 12 months covering maternity leave with has become available for an Interim Marketing and Communications Executive.

The successful candidate's duties will include:

Internal Marketing

  • Manage the internal newsletter process: from sourcing information, to copy writing, editing, through to authorisation and final distribution
  • Intranet content and functionality management, co-coordinating regular reviews and updates
  • Management of internal events programme
  • Manage internal signage and office environments
  • Support the 40th Anniversary Fircroft celebrations

Marketing Materials

  • Management of the design and production of Marketing collateral including literature, stationery and promotional materials, within brand guidelines
  • Development of testimonials and case studies for all sectors
  • Liaison with external marcomms agencies and suppliers
  • Development of standard brand guidelines
  • Development of brand language dictionary

Additional

  • Coordinate external promotions to clients and contractors including Christmas marketing, direct mail and promotional items
  • Manage external agencies when media booking, agreeing schedules and co-ordinating advertising activity adhering to agreed timescales and budgets
  • Responsible for printing and distributing business cards when required
  • Supporting the Head of Marketing on relevant ad hoc projects

     Key Skills/ Attributes

  • Degree/Formal Qualification in Marketing/English
  • High Competence in use of MS Office suite
  • Experience of developing and delivery internal & external marketing communications activities across multiple sites
  • Proven editing and copy writing skills for a variety of print and online media
  • High Competence in use of MS Office suite
  • Good inter-personal & relationship building skills
