Marketing Manager - Print & Web Marketing Team

Salary : Up to £50K (inc Bonus)

Responsibilities & Requirements

This person will be responsible for maintaining the 1&1 brand through aggressive marketing activities and innovative product launches. Primarily this will be executed in advertising and insert magazine campaigns, as well as managing the UK website and all existing customer marketing activities. The position reports directly to the International Marketing Director based in Germany.

• Leading a small team with the creative vision to nurture its development

• Driving direct response marketing campaigns including advertisements and inserts, and directing customer marketing activities

• Managing the media, creative, and production agencies including supervision of monthly budgets

• Managing media cooperation and staying in a steady contact to the Publishers

• Managing the website development from initial marketing plan to product publishing or launch

• Experience working with new and emerging web hosting or technical products and services

• A good working IT knowledge to evaluate and manage the market impact of any technical product or service innovations

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing role

• A good team player with the drive and enthusiasm to be part of a fun team

• A driven individual with a “can do” attitude and a willingness to be flexible
