Develop and maintain a high performance marketing function to maximise growth and market penetration of the UK Brand offer into industrial market segment and Industrial Automation offer into all UK markets via all UK entities through existing and new channels.
Develop and manage implementation of strategies, commercial policies and action plans to enter new channel or product/channel segments.
Ensure that margin for the business is maximised and profitability is improved.
You will manage and lead a UK team of senior Managers including product and segment managers and will have a high level of stakeholder engagement ranging from internal Commercial and Sales Managers through to external committees, regulatory bodies and steering groups. You will manage a substantial budget, with the complete autonomy to make appropriate decisions. You will be expected to travel to other European sites to learn best practice and to encourage brand cohesion.
You must have knowledge of automation, born from within the B2B space where you can demonstrate a track record of delivery especially in developing winning teams in a business where marketing is essential in leading sales team delivery.
