A leading business to business organisation in the Oxfordshire area is seeking an experienced product manager to join their organisation.
Applicants for this role MUST HAVE either B2B or financial services experience and have held a similar role in the past.
The role of the product manager will be
- Support the implementation of the 7 P's of the product plans working with stakeholder and the product Director:-
* Product - definition, development, proposition, tracking, ROI
* Pricing - pricing policies, tactical offers etc
* Promotional plans - marketing communications and briefing
* Route to market - sales routes, propositions
* Resources - support for delivery of product
* Processes - developed with stakeholders based on market requirements
* Physical evidence - the proof - contracts, user guides, etc portals
- To work with the regional sales teams to understand requirements to deliver the product sales strategy.
- Provide support to the direct and local sales teams in the delivery of the product plan to ensure achievement of objectives at a local and national level.
- Work with the Product Director, Executive Directors and Sales Directors to implement remedial plans as required.
It is worth noting that this role can offer some flexible working opportunities, so candidates with relevant experience across the UK are encouraged to apply. Working from home or in one of the regional offices is an option.
