A marketing communications, events and creative consultancy based in Birmingham are looking to recruit a PR account manager to join a small but expanding team. You may already be at account manager level or you may be an account executive who is ready to move up to the next stage.
You will be working on a broad range of trade and consumer accounts and will need to be self-motivated in order to run these accounts smoothly. You will be responsible for the management of Account Executives and will be led by a strategy outlined by senior management.
This is a client facing role so you will need to be confident when approaching the media. A good list of contacts across the public services, entertainment and leisure sectors would be a bonus. As would any connections in mainstream consumer national media.
An agency background and ability to establish new clients is essential.
