Our client who a rapidly growing and successful not for profit organisation is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their editorial team to work on a bi-monthly magazine and annual
student publication.
Role and responsibilities:
-Supporting the editor in all activities relating to in-house publications
-Liaising with writers/contributors, sub-editors, picture researcher, and other third parties
-Supporting the website and other departments that require editorial input
-Carrying out research for articles
-Sourcing, updating and writing articles
-Checking submissions and proofs for errors
-Attending trade shows and conferences
Skills and experience:
-Relevant experience in journalism, writing or publishing
-Self motivated but also a good team player
-Excellent communicator
