Job Description

Our client is one of theUK's largest and most well-known leisure brands. With an impressive portfolio of well-established brands, they pride themselves in diversifying their offer by reacting to and anticipating changing trends within their sector. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Brand Manager to join their existing marketing team.

The key remit of the role is to manage one of the largest brands within the business. You will implement strategies varying in size with the overall aim to increase customer spend.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Deliver tactical promotion activities from the season brand plan.
  • Evaluate and analyse all projects/promotions. Deliver key learning's and recommendations by using performance, category and analysis reporting.
  • Drive internal brand PR and communications (POS, menu, sales promotion, digital)
  • Monitor brand performance against marketing/sales/profit targets.
  • Monitor and report upon brand development and promotion activity
  • Ensure all marketing communications adhere to concept/brand guidelines
  • Understanding key market trends and what motivates your customer

The ideal candidate will have experience gained in Brand Management role, within the Leisure, Retail or FMCG sector. You will have excellent time management skills and the ability to deliver tactical promotion activities through various channels. You must also have the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, skilled in stakeholder management, including the control of internal communications for your brand. You must be financially astute with strong analytic and commercial ability, and must have strong project planning and communication skills.
