Our client is a household name, market leading consumer goods business with an excellent heritage and enviable portfolio of brands. As a result of significant investment into the online growth of the brands, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a success driven Digital Marketing Professional to join their existing talent pool. Reporting to the Marketing Director the Digital Marketing Manager will develop and implement digital strategy across the whole branded portfolio, ensuring integrated digital marketing strategies are enhancing offline band activities. You will deliver strategic and technical digital support for all customer specific digital support for all customer specific digital projects in addition to driving online branded presence and sales. Key Responsibilities: * Team Management * Re-develop group website and introduce a mobile version * Manage all Digital Agency relationships ensuring effectiveness, timely delivery and value for money * Content management including content enhancement strategies such as videos and blogs * Management of all search marketing maximising branded digital awareness * Develop and implement social media strategy - Facebook, Twitter and YouTube * Analyse and Interpret online performance using various analytic packages in order to develop actionable plans and inform strategy * Online usability testing to plan effective customer journeys * Management of social media, search and other digital agency relationships The Candidate You will be of graduate calibre with over five years digital marketing experience gained in a product supplier environment. You must have team management experience and the ability to both develop and deliver strategy. You will be commercially astute and a real team player with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Good planning and project management are essential. You must have a basic knowledge of html and web design, experience in online usability and most importantly a deep knowledge of search engine optimisation and paid search. Proven success at managing social media campaigns is a must and experience in managing e-commerce activities will be advantageous.
