This is a vast media company with world-leading businesses in education, business information and consumer publishing. Educating 100 million people worldwide, this company is a global leader in education publishing, providing research-based print and digital materials for teachers and learners.
 
The Role
The organisation is moving rapidly into the on-line space and recognises the challenges ahead moving into this highly competitive arena.  This is a global project and they are looking to bring in specific on-line skills from consumer facing and on-line transactional businesses.
 
We are looking for candidates who have demonstrable and successful, direct-to-consumer, e-commerce and e-marking experience, to include SEO, segmentation, advertising, effective messaging and on-line promotion in addition to experience in demand generation, building retention (CRM) and running an effective on-line community. You will drive the e-marketing strategy and provide direction, training and guidance to individual market managers and monitor effectiveness and quality.
