Job Description

Our client is currently looking for a Marketing Manager for their busy company in the FMCG sector within one of their key brands and ideally would specialise within DIrect Marketing. This company works in an exciting industry and has rapidly expanding growth plans for the coming year.
Key responsibilities in this role will be:-
Direct marketing will include e -comms, mailshots, campaigns as well as developing the website
Managing marketing communications both with internal and external contacts 
Brand management including managing the brand positioning within the current market
Drive the strategy forward always looking for ways to improve productivity and activity
All activity to be based on pre-determined KPI's and monitored closely for effectiveness
Develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives within budgeted parameters and agreed deadlines to drive customer acquisition. 
To make recommendations and input into strategic direction to ensure effective optimisation of the budgets, increased levels of awareness and to generate higher levels of response.
To ensure all relevant and affected parties are continually communicated with to ensure effective delivery of initiatives
Personal Characteristics 
Must have experience in B2C Marketing as well as being able to work in a small team within a larger corporate structure.
Must be able to work under pressure,have good written and communication skills as well as deal with senior/board level management
