My client has been active in the and well respected in the gaming space for over 6 years and have in that time been both a software developer and marketing organisation.
Most recently the company has promoted casino software as well as Casavas bingo software for clients such as; SMG, Trinity Mirror, P&O, Attheraces and many more.
They are looking for an ECRM Exec for an immed start!!
As an ECRM Exec, you will be an ecrm executive on one of the bingo networks. The candidate will be required to write copy for newsletters, marketing emails, promotional pages on the web sites, banners and press releases. They should also be able to edit HTML. Experience in building pages will be a definite advantage but not essential.
As part of the CRM role you will be expected to analyse player trends and use KPI's and reports to decide on relevant sign up and retention programmes.
The candidate should demonstrate an ability to think on their feet, learn new skills quickly and show an interest in the gaming industry. There is a very likely potential for the role to develop into that of dedicated network manager and we will be looking in the interview for a candidate who we believe can eventually fulfill this position. This will include coming up with exciting and original ideas for CRM campaigns, promoting these ideas effectively off the site, in the game and in external marketing materials, and then organizing fulfillment of these offers.
