Marketing Communications Executive for Leading Consumer Events Company – London
Salary: £22 - £26k Basic + Excellent Benefits

Our client is looking to recruit a Marketing Communications Executive for their company which is growing, and the communications function is increasingly
busy. This Company deals with trade shows and consumer events. The ideal candidate will need to have 2 years Direct Marketing experience ideally from an events background.

Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Communications Executive:
• Define and write campaign briefs based on plan
• Create and manage campaign schedules
• Define success criteria (in association with Marketing and/or Marketing Communications Manager), how they will be measured and ensure measurement is undertaken
• Select and brief agencies across all required disciplines
• Coordinate agency pitches involving appropriate team members
• Facilitate decision making on campaign production issues including creative approach and agency selection
• Manage selected creative agencies through all stages of production
• Coordinate other third party service providers including PR, media and distribution agencies
• Work with the Company’s Comms Centre as production consultants and initiate print production and fulfilment schedule planning
• Manage and maintain product websites
• Maintain information on IT systems to enable management and tracking of campaign activity
• Ensure delivery of all campaign applications on time, to budget and to the highest standard
• Provide regular reports and reviews of campaign metrics to Marketing Management
