Job Description

Our client is a major internet gaming organisation, based in the Republic of Ireland. The company is undergoing a significant phase of growth and as is seeking a Head of Insight to maximise the value of Data and Research, leading a team of data insight specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with executives, staff, stakeholders and related personnel in the assessment of marketing activity in line with key business goals and objectives.
Development & management of the modelling team
Development & management of the research team
Analysis, testing & optimisation of options throughout the player conversion process (play money to real money)
Analysis, testing & optimisation of options throughout the player retention process
Creation of a player segmentation system to drive a data-intelligent CRM approach to player communications

You will possess strong communications skills, together with experience in man-management and a strong commercial focus and will be looking for a career opportunity with an organisation that is undergoing rapid and dynamic growth.
