Job Description

Our client is a major internet gaming organisation, based in the Republic of Ireland. The company is undergoing a significant phase of growth and is looking to recruit a Head of Player & Marketing Communications to focus and optimise relationship marketing across all stages of the Player Lifecycle.

Reporting to Senior Management you will be responsible for introducing and instilling best practice, processes and procedures across the business. You will be drawing up and implementing a CRM strategy for the business whilst working with key stakeholders to develop the marketing plan in accordance with key strategic business objectives and goals.

Your background will be within consumer focused marketing and you will be comfortable working within a fast moving business sector. Man-management, communication and influencing skills are key as is a strong grasp of CRM strategy and implementation.
