Are you an administrator/logistics manager who has experience of managing teams in the field (50+ with a field manager system) and has experience of large scale logistics, disciplinary procedures and interaction with a payroll department?

My client is moving into the delivery phase of their program and have a requirement for a solid Project Manager who can think on their feet. This is a contract position 3-6 months duration.

Ideally you come from a logistics or more traditional field marketing background. You will be the interface between the office and the field team and will manage all aspects of collateral delivery, payroll queries, vehicle management, reports, database management, warehousing and finances. You will also be responsible for supporting the Team Leaders and monitoring targets, motivating and training the field teams, plus any health and safety or disciplinary issues.

Please note we do not see this running the actual payment of the expenses & payroll, but working closely with the finance team to facilitate and administer.
