Our client, a household name in the leisure industry and a FTSE 250 company is currently seeking an experienced and versatile Marketing Analyst to support the Marketing, CRM and Ecommerce teams in the delivery of campaign data and customer insight. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven CRM Specialist to aid in the implementation and development of our client's new CRM and reservations systems, and to assist in shaping the business's core marketing strategies.
Duties include:
* Develop effective segmentation across brand portfolios for both on and offline activity, to maximise targeting and optimise ROI.
* Produce regular reports for global marketing KPIs.
* Play an active role in the coordination of both on and off line market research initiatives.
* Assist in the development and analysis of customer loyalty initiatives.
* To provide timely and accurate database extracts for all International marketing campaigns.
Skills required:
* Solid experience in a B2C marketing or analytical based role.
* Hands on experience of CRM systems and customer databases.
* Strong analytical and data skills.
* High attention to detail.
* Confident making recommendations regarding the business's CRM and e-CRM processes.
* Good understanding of the principles and techniques of all aspects of marketing.
* Well organised and self-motivated with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
