My client, a major telecommunications network are currently recruiting for a Campaign Planning Manager to join their exciting and ever expanding team on a rolling contract basis with a view to going permanent.
Job Purpose:
- To identify and deliver opportunities to drive changes in usage behaviour, improve revenue and margin, and drive loyalty within the customer base.
- To support the Customer Development Manager in implementing a segmented lifecycle customer approach, working closely with key teams across the business.
- To manage and be responsible for overall delivery and analysis of specific campaigns. Key
Responsibilities will include:
- Plan and manage the overall strategy and campaign delivery for the relevant lifecycle/element of the customer base.
- Work with the Customer Development Manager and other Campaign Planning Mangers to develop an integrated customer lifecycle programme for all key customer segments.
- Input into the overall customer base campaign plans to support business objectives and drive long-term value from my client's customer base.
- Accurate budgeting, forecasting and measuring of any activities, to prove the value to the business.
- Champion and help build awareness of the importance of customer development within the overall business.
- Work with teams across the business including analytics, insight, product, and customer service to agree priorities and develop marketing and data briefs.
- Manage weekly operational meetings with the team and implement changes and improvements as required. Lead the briefing process into relevant marcomms and analytics teams, working with team members to ensure brief is met, campaigns are delivered on time and that they are effective.
- Manage post campaign analysis requirement with the analytics team and deliver full ROI to feed into future base programmes.
- Support the Customer Development Manager in management of programmes into the telesales team. Take full responsibility for leading and delivering campaign requirements including call guide development and data selection where appropriate.
