Customer Insight Manager Leisure Berkshire - £40,000 + Benefits

Are you passionate about understanding customer behaviour and developing business intelligence solutions? As Customer Insight Manager your brief will be to unlock marketing and consumer insights to enable a customer focused marketing strategy and encourage brand loyalty. Key responsibilities include:
-Developing an annual plan of market research
-Managing the collection, storage and interpretation of data
-Developing a formal competitor monitoring system
-Undertaking desk research projects
-Analysing the effectiveness of marketing spend
-Appointing and managing external suppliers

You'll need solid customer insight experience (at management level), a commercial outlook and the ability and motivation to apply your skills to a new business sector. In return you'll join an international organisation where you'll play a key role within the marketing team informing marketing strategy and decision making.
