Job Description

MAIN TASKS
To produce a series of commercially actionable customer insights using customer and prospect data, and promote it's use in the business to increase revenue, reduce cost, improve ROI, and improve the customer experience.
Core Responsibilities:-
·Establish, manage and improve all Marketing management information reporting for Customer Recruitment, New Customer Activity, Actives and Retention.
·Assist development of Customer Retention program and undertake all data related work to plan, execute and measure the program.
·Assist the Campaign Analysts with production of customer analysis to support improved targeting of campaigns.
·Arrange a quarterly Campaign Performance presentation to Directory Marketing teams.
·Build customer predictive models to identify high potential lifetime value customers most likely to undertake certain behaviour (e.g. Lapse/attrite, buy, multi-buy, buy specific goods, migrate segments, respond to campaigns, respond to Main Book, return goods, default
·Using historical data produce and manage a method of accurately predicting in season Demand for stock at Product level based on Preview Demand, to help improve merchandiser buying decisions.

CLIENT REQUIREMENTS
Be highly numerate with good analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Demonstrate a good understanding of databases and spreadsheets.
Be fully conversant with Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, Word, Access and Outlook.
Have the ability to query data using multiple applications the business uses, and learn new applications/tools.
Have the ability to communicate often complex data and insights in simple language to individuals and groups of people, and hone in on key findings, and clearly and succinctly answer the "so what?" question.
Be able to suggest the way forward to implement insights profitably, and will support with knowledge, supplementary analysis, and measurement during the end to end
implementation phase.

THE PACKAGE: Basic salary of up to thirty five thousand pounds, plus benefits including, Healthcare, Pension.
