About the Role
Taking responsibility for driving the global consumer experience tracking study and ad-hoc research studies to further support the business in consumer understanding.
The role will require you to work closely with research agencies to set up and develop global tracking studies and ad-hoc research, working with both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
The key focus for the role will be to offer timely, compelling consumer and customer insights that help solve business problems, shape the value propositions, highlight new opportunities for growth and ensure insights are accessible and leveraged by all parts of the business.
What Were Looking For
The ideal candidate has extensive relevant experience with both agency and client-side roles, and experience in developing and managing research projects to address business issues. Demonstrated skills in designing and managing large scale, multi country research projects are a must. Experience in using qualitative and quantitative research to understand consumer attitudes and behaviour and how these could impact the future of the business is also required.
