About the Client

Our client is an Insights agency providing consultancy on customer experience. Our client is committed to providing  tangible results and collaborating with its clients to help them generate a higher return on their e-business investments

About the Role

This opportunity is suitable for a web analytics/data analyst with a proven track record of using web analytics data to influence customer experience improvement and drive improved e-business performance.

 

The role will be a senior individual with a team of industry leading Insight Consultants who work with all the leading web analytics tools to help clients really understand what is happening on their website, and crucially advise on what to do to improve site and campaign performance. This team is responsible for all data driven customer insight in projects.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in the role of Senior Insight Consultant you must be highly numerate, thorough, inquisitive, innovative, have excellent problem solving skills, be solutions oriented whilst maintaining an eye for detail, have a passion for web analytics and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.

About the Offer

£50,000 + bonus
