Key Accountabilities
Gather and analyze data and information on key market orientations in the outsourcing services business.
Screens the competitive landscape and identifies competitor activity, collects figures and information on organization developments, so that risks are identified as well as opportunities for the company.
Analyses competitor messaging, their successes & failures, and outlines directions they are taking.
Gathers data and analyses specific accounts, to support Acquisition strategy.
Gathers the Services lines business figures and metrics (leads, pipelines, signings) and generate a monthly status communicated to Services Lines marketing manager.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in a analytical role, and good understanding of the responsibility and activities of the function.
Previous experience in a marketing role
Understanding of the services/outsourcing industry - ideally
Demonstrable research experience and the ability to summarise research and findings in management reports
Analytical and with good attention to detail (Excel & Access)
Strategic/ long term thinking capabilities
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
Creative, ability to effectively represent and summarise concepts, with proven experience of operationalising the concept and evaluating success
