Our client is one of the worlds best known suppliers of high quality computer hardware and services direct to the B2C and B2B sectors. They are leaders in the supply of tailor made solutions to business and private clients direct, enabling customers to receive latest technology products specifically suited to their needs

 

Our client is seeking a strong Business Development Sales Manager with Marketing intellect to join their EMEA team as part of an exciting and challenging development, with particular focus on online and the retail channel

  

The Role

• To develop partnerships that increase brand awareness, improve relationship value and generate significant incremental margin contribution
• Responsible for developing and implementing partner marketing strategies and decision framework for channel relationships
• Selecting partners, negotiating and deciding deal parameters, ensuring financials are robust and on-going accountability
• Ensuring 3^rd party partner integration, co-marketing funds and front-end operational feasibility
• Maintaining an understanding of the organisations strategic direction, interpreting/relating its relevance to teams and partners
• Liaise closely with Marketing and Sales organisation`s
• To establish team objectives and set goals and targets accordingly
• Support the strategies for the consumer business unit and help partners to drive results
• To work closely with the General Manager for EMEA, the retail Sales Directors and a global consumer Partner Marketing organisation

 

•  The Person
• Must have strong business development/sales/marketing experience
• Demonstrable strong partner relationship building skills
• To be able to demonstrate ability to make effective business decisions
• Must be able to initiate and lead change in response to a rapidly moving competitive environment
• Must have excellent attention to detail
• Proven leadership qualities and the ability to work in a matrixed organisation whereas influencing and leading others who are not necessarily with chain of command
• Must possess excellent negotiation skills with the ability to put deals together and to see value on both sides.
• To be able to demonstrate good team work and leadership Be able to demonstrate a high level of productivity and quality
• Someone with creative ability
