This membership organisation is looking for a Media & Marketing Coordinator to assist in the generation of funding via media sales through print advertising, sponsorship, online media & events. In addition they will work closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager to coordinate external advertising, promotion & publicity materials, distribution of membership publications and additional marketing activities.
The successful applicant will act as an expert resource for the organisation in identifying and pursuing media sales & sponsorship partnerships through an existing client base as well as assisting in targeting new income generating streams. They will account manage their own clients and develop relationships with organisations wishing to promote/advertise their products to the youth market.
In addition they will manage a small team of volunteers to roll out marketing campaigns and events to members and oversee the production of artwork, print materials, POS and promotional materials.
Experience within a sales & marketing environment is essential as is the confidence to build strong relationships with both clients and suppliers. Ideally a marketing qualification or equivalent is preferred.
