Job Description

This is a maternity cover that x 2, one at 9 months the other for 12 months.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful team who is a market leader in financial services.
You will use your analytical skills to develop a thorough understanding of customer, product, market and financial information to develop a marketing plan and implement customer/product propositions that will achieve business objectives.
You will

- develop and execute a customer retention strategy
- develop strategies to deliver short term and more sustainable benefits
- manage business as usual responsibilities (3 year planning process, mailing campaigns to customers) and discreet one off initiatives You must have marketing experience, preferably in financial services for this role.
