Digital Marketing Channel Manager Music/Entertainment London - £28,000 - £32,000 + benefits

This high profile company is synonomous with one of the most famous live entertainment venues in the UK as well as several other leading entertainment brands. It is now looking for a digital marketing specialist to work across these brands, driving marketing activity via the online channel. You'll manage online communications, help to grow the customer database, and support product sales and brand extension activity. Key responsibilities include:

Managing the brands' social media presence and communities;
Supporting the Web manager to drive increased revenues through online sales;
Managing e-mail marketing activity across the business;
Overseeing marketing plans for digital communications and website content strategy;
Working with the business development team to identify new opportunities and partnerships across the business;
Analysing website traffic and usage.

You'll need solid digital marketing experience (agency or in-house) - preferably including social media and mobile, as well as a good understanding of eCRM practices. This is an exciting and rewarding role that will suit someone from a retail or entertainment background, who is now looking for the next step in their digital marketing career. You'll manage a Digital Content Coordinator, so previous people management experience would be an advantage.
