The Senor Online Marketing Manager / Head of Online Marketing / Digital Marketing Manager will manage a team of five and be responsible for all the marketing activities targeting job seekers across 14 markets and 17 websites in 7 languages.
The main focus for the Senor Online Marketing Manager / Head of Online Marketing / Digital Marketing Manager is to:
"Drive targeted professionals, students and graduates to the network of job sites
"Design and implement initiatives to target key sectors
"Encourage users to engage with the site which includes driving job seekers to apply for jobs, upload their CV, register for job alerts and take part in community content offerings
"Devise & deliver marketing programmes that take into account local market needs and deliver return on investment
"Manage SEO & PPC agencies and content aggregators

"People management experience (minimum team of 2)
