Core Responsibilities:-
·Implement seasonal promotions/campaigns through PPC, banners, and partnerships with multiple agencies from brief, execution to analysis and review.
·Implement the web content plan: working with the Web Content Editor ensuring campaigns and seasonal content is implemented on the website including new activities, menus and events.
·To collate weekly and monthly reporting of web statistics, online sales, PPC, SEO and email performance using multiple reporting tools, identifying key trends and issues.
·Undertake tasks on key online projects to support the E-Commerce Marketing Manager and web development agency, to continuously improve the customer experience online for new visitors to increase online conversion.
·Identify customer behaviour trends using the web statistics package, Omniture, and report back on possible issues and solutions.
·Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
CLIENT REQUIREMENTS
Experience at an executive level in a marketing area along with online marketing experience is essential. You must be able to demonstrate evidence of good project management skills, good analytic and interpersonal skills and be an advance user of Excel.
