Job Description

This is a very hands on Brand Director role on the management committee of an elite, rapidly growing niche food and beverage business, owned by a major multinational. You will be responsible for the planning and execution of an ambitious pan European development plan for an existing category, about to benefit from major innovation. Success will involve both continuing to grow the established brand in the UK and Ireland, using  the full consumer marketing mix; achieving roll out across the less established Continental European markets, and overseeing the commercialisation of further transformational  category innovation currently in development. Direction of a small brand team and leadership of  cross functional project teams will be involved, though personal input at both strategic and tactical levels is the norm in this highly empowering organisation.

Based from Central London, and reporting to the European business head, the role will suit a strong consumer marketing manager now seeking a move up to business leadership status, or an existing  marketing team leader who is attracted by the prospect of working in a smaller, more dynamic and entrepreneurial team environment ,where shorter decision making is facilitated and personal contribution is easily noticed. A strong marketing/ strategic capability and P&L delivery experience will be required.

The comprehensive remuneration package includes starting salary in the £80-100,000 range (dependent on experience), good bonus and annual stock incentives , executive company car or allowance and full blue chip benefits package.

Future career development options are interesting both in the UK or internationally within the highly successful parent organisation.
