Responsible for the co-ordination and execution of all business-to-consumer marketing campaigns across central London.
Part Three Main Duties & Responsibilities (Job Description)
· Coordinate and execute all business-to-consumer marketing functions across the The Companies London Portfolio.
· Manage all consumer marketing plans, brief design agencies, media planning, public relations and web agencies.
· Increase awareness, raise profile and achieve return on investment for key consumer offers in London.
· To be the key contact for all stakeholders involved in each consumer scheme including liaising with retailers, estate management teams and local councils.
· Ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
· Maintain a high level of brand respect and admiration amongst the target audience across London through intelligent and creative marketing.
· To continually look for innovative solutions to the marketing campaigns of the London Portfolio.
Day to day responsibilities:
· Planning and managing projects from initial brief writing through to delivery and evaluation.
· Working with and managing a roster of highly creative and innovative agencies to deliver marketing projects.
· Liaise with internal customers and stakeholders to ensure that the marketing programmes are aligned to the specific business objectives.
· Day to day budget administration: managing and tracking project budgets, reporting back, processing of purchase orders with appropriate record of estimate and invoice.
· To assist in the continual maintenance of the image / artwork library.
Evaluation and reporting
· Ensure all campaigns and activities are fully tracked and evaluated (looking at campaign performance against campaign objectives).
· Manage internal and external suppliers to ensure campaigns are executed on time and on budget.
· Evaluate all consumer quantitative and qualitative market research and apply learning to subsequent campaigns.
