Head of Marketing Services
Package: £80-90,000 Basic + Bonus + Car Allowance + Health + Pension
Location: London
Reporting to the Marketing Director, this position is all about representing the customer in business decisions and leading the business in developing and embedding the brand to deliver distinctive and highly effective customer communications.
As a member of the Senior Marketing Team, you will have the autonomy to take the lead on all issues affecting the customer proposition. Responsible for a team of around 40 individuals you will own the customer (consumer and business) experience, setting the standard of excellence across all touch-points. This will include the development and delivery of the communications, advertising and trade marketing strategies through the management of external agencies and internal teams.
We are looking for driven marketing professional with extensive experience in a big, branded B2C or service-industry, operating across all channels but particularly high street - although not essential, B2B experience would be an added advantage. You will be an inspirational leader and as such, successful team management and development will be second nature to you, as will the ability to influence whilst working effectively with colleagues across the wider business.
