Reporting to the Web Analytics Manager the Web Analyst will identify, define, collect and track key business metrics for new and existing job boards.
What we are looking for:
* Experience with web analytics tools such as Hitbox, Webtrends, Omniture, Google Analytics - ESSENTIAL
* Demonstrable knowledge of web analytics - data capture measures, campaign management, report building, tagging etc.
* Experience of A/B or multivariate testing would be advantageous
* Advanced user of Excel & Access
* Search marketing skills would be advantageous
* User experience / information architecture experience is also preferred, although not essential
