Our client is first class ambitious and successful agency with a strong portfolio of clients spanning a number of sectors. A great opportunity to the agency as a Senior Account Manager has arisen. Reporting to the Account Director, this Senior Account Manager role will see you working with a leading retail client. This is a production led client who is used to high standards of creative and fast efficient production, and there is still scope for developing this account further.
Day to day duties include but are not limited to the following:
*Project delivery within established budgets and timeframes.
*Day-to-day client contact, managing the relationship.
*Build a thorough understanding of the client's business in order to fully immerse yourself with their brand, but to also understand potential gaps.
*Briefing other agency staff, such as creative/studio teams and production departments.
*Continuously monitoring the progress of work.
*Liaising with clients, other agency staff, and external suppliers.
*Building a full knowledge of the agency's offerings in order to maximise potential output.
*Undertaking research of ideas, clients, competitors and markets.
*Proposal development and client presentations.
