Web Analytics Consultant

CLIENT

A highly commercial, global sports brand is seeking an experienced Web Analytics Consultant to join their growing CRM division. This is a brand new position working closely with senior level stakeholders, existing insight teams to improve, optimise and understand their digital media channels.

REQUIREMENTS / RESPONSIBILITIES

*Identifying the key metrics, analysis and reporting processes that will lead to genuinely actionable insight through the analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data.
*Working with a variety of web analytics tools developing a deep understanding of customer behaviour through the extraction and analysis of a wide range of data and metric types ;Google Analytics, WebTrends, Omniture, Coremetrics
*Transforming data into insightful and actionable recommendations that directly address clients' business objectives.
*Other activates will include data strategy, optimisation, qualitative analysis and insight presentation

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

*Educated to degree level in a relevant subject
*Excellent commercial experience using web analytics tools (Omniture, Google Analytics, WebTrends, Hitbox etc.)
*A proven track record of using web analytics tools to generate actionable insights
*Analytical and data mining experience using SAS or SPSS is essential
*Experience of A/B and Multivariate tools and analysis is highly desirable


POSITION - Web Analytics Consultant

LOCATION - Manchester

SALARY - £50k - £60k plus excellent benefits and profit share bonus scheme.
