There are exciting things happening across our business and Voice is no exception. In this key role, you will deal with new, innovative Consumer-based products and services, prior to implementation within our Voice operational areas. Through your eight-strong team, you will handle the design, improvement and introduction of creative solutions and processes, making sure they are fit for purpose within the operational areas before full implementation. It means working closely with your counterpart in Enterprise, who supports our SMB and Business team; building a strong working relationship and sharing everything you learn.

 

Commercially sharp with sound project management skills, you are an expert in mobile and Connected World technologies; functionalities of new technologies; network platforms; and new products and services within our market. You understand Voice and Sales & Service, deliverables, KPIs and cost and revenue drivers, and you can judge the requirements of project and launch activities. Whats more, you are an exceptional people manager with great communication skills. You can inspire team members, encourage creativity, build credible relationships with senior stakeholders and articulate business requirements. Senior-level experience in customer service would be helpful, as would a background in technical support or launching large-scale services.
