About the Role
Responsible for leading the development, implementation and delivery of the integrated Marketing plan and communications in conjunction with the Head of Marketing and in line with EMEA/Global brand strategy. To ensure management of creative and media agencies, and the delivery of compelling, impactful creative, messaging and targeting.
Responsible for management, motivation and personal development of direct reports, including an ongoing programme of mentoring and skill development, the setting of objectives and regular appraisals. Responsible for initiating Pre and Post Campaign Brand and Advertising Awareness Tracking and Communicating results internally.
Responsible for the consumer fleet brochure production, from UK and Ireland perspective - working closely with EMEA marketing team. Additionally, responsible for the development and delivery of the dedicated UK and Irish brochures of Preview and European and Med, these projects fit with brochure creative and ensure a 'Family' approach Taken.
Working Closely with Trade Marketing Manager to ensure brand alignment and integration of Trade Marketing activity with customer campaigns. Responsible for providing monthly competitor analysis report on consumer and trade marketing activity, including promotions, pricing and spend.
What We're Looking For
Proven marketing experience in a multinational marketing environment.
Matrix organisation experience.
Demonstrated success in implementing high impact and creative consumer marketing plans based on analysis of consumer insights.
