About the Role
Responsible for the creation and delivery of appropriate strategies for the successful marketing of the company. Working with all the relevant departments and external agencies, ensuring a consistent delivery of the company's brand platform both on and off site.
Responsible for developing a clear product development strategy that supports the brand positioning and is the foundation for future marketing plans. Champion the 'consumer perspective' for all development, ensuring that all initiatives are in line with the core brand experience.
Direct and manage activities of chosen agency partners via Head of Sales, Head of Marketing and PR Manager. Work with other senior marketing colleagues to exploit synergies and maximise returns from cross group marketing initiatives via sharing and implementation of best practice findings.
Work with Commercial and Financial Directors to optimise returns from all pricing strategies and commercial activities. Provide leadership, inspiration and a positive outlook to all direct reports and broader teams. Produce and keep succession plans and personal development plans (PDP) updated for Sales & Marketing department.
What We're Looking For
Core understanding of global brands and their development.
Financially competent and will have successfully managed large budgets.
Convincing leadership style, working across departments.
Can demonstrate strong business results through effective marketing.
