Job Description

Marketing Director / Head of Marketing / Product Marketing Director needed to define and manage the marketing program strategy for pipeline generation throughout Europe for Pan-European Supply Management Solutions organisation.

Marketing Director / Head of Marketing / Product Marketing Director Marketing Director will be responsible for creating and delivering content as well as communicating and supporting the sales process for all products and services and acting as Product Champion through direct sales and partner organisations.

The Marketing Director / Head of Marketing / Product Marketing Director will be responsible for providing feedback to the sales, marketing, operations and product management teams regarding market, competitor and product/service requirements. The Product Marketing Director will work with a regional sales team and be responsible for executing various Account Based Marketing strategies and supporting Sales teams to penetrate named accounts.

The Marketing Director / Head of Marketing / Product Marketing Director will be responsible for developing opportunities within the EMEA customer base (e.g. media opportunities, webinars, pipe acceleration, retention programmes, customer case studies, event/webcast speaking opportunities etc). The Marketing Director / Head of Marketing / Product Marketing will produce sales presentations, collateral, white papers, product demo scripts to support Sales endeavours as well as provide training to channel partners on the messaging, positioning etc of products and services. The Marketing Director / Head of Marketing / Product Marketing Director will act as the Product evangelist and liaise with other departments (e.g. Professional Services, Product Management) and third party partners to position products correctly.

This role has an EMEA wide remit and will involve the development of demand & lead generation plans and work with local and central resources to manage execution of the plan in order to achieve agreed targets.

The successful candidate will ideally have worked within the SRM space (e.g SAP, Ariba) or within the Supply Chain industry. Management experience is essential as is a successful track record a building awareness and accelerating Sales activities (via lead gen, product marketing support etc). Languages such as German and French would be highly advantageous. Candidates must be driven, innovative, like to challenge and have excellent communication skills (media relations, product evangelist etc)
