Sales & Marketing Director IT Solutions (OTE £170K)
Thames Valley (office/field based, covering the UK)
£100,000 (OTE £170,000) Plus Car Allowance (£10,000), Healthcare, Contributory Pension Scheme, Options Package
An opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Marketing Director to join our client, a leading provider of data management solutions.
If youre a motivated, high calibre sales manager with outstanding leadership skills and a proven track record in selling IT solutions, this is a unique opportunity to further your career with a market leader.
In this board level position, as a Sales & Marketing Director, you will be tasked with driving sales of our clients leading data management solutions to corporate customers throughout the UK.
Initially, managing a team of ten, you will formulate and execute effective business development strategies and implement sales and reporting processes. You will also be tasked with achieving order, revenue and margin targets in addition to growing a strong professional team.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- proven sales management experience with the ability to maximise and focus team activity
- experience of selling IT solutions to corporate customers
- experience of overseeing complex corporate sales processes
- the ability to effectively manage your team and ensure sales targets are met
- experience of recruiting new team members
As a Sales & Marketing Director, you must be articulate with the ability to motivate your team. Results orientated, you should also have excellent problem solving skills.
