Job Description

Wanted: Highly creative, customer-focused & self-motivated internal communications professional with innovative ideas, solid knowledge of internal communication tools, and exceptional presentation & relationship building skills. This is an exciting opportunity planning & delivering an effective internal communications strategy for this international company & well-known, established retail brand.
You will be responsible for designing and managing strategy & content for all internal communications initiatives including events, newsletters, annual & financial reports, and HR/training materials, in line with company strategy & brand guidelines, as well as effectively planning, coordinating & attending international sales conferences. Working across a range of channels (print, online, face to face & audiovisual), targeting a variety of audiences, your focus will be to ensure delivery of clear, consistent & meaningful two-way communication and encourage stakeholder engagement. Proactively seeking & promoting initiatives to continuously improve internal communications will be key.
A successful track record in managing impactful communications programmes and designing effective, valued tools for communicating with colleagues within a high-energy environment is essential, ideally within the retail, fashion or other consumer goods sector. You will have a consultative approach, and your project management, presentation & networking skills will be second-to-none, along with integrity and attention to detail.
